Print Orders
All prints and framed prints are made to order. Because each piece is produced specifically for your purchase, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Processing times
Production usually takes 3 to 7 business days before your order ships. This may vary depending on your location and the print partner closest to you.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once your message is received, I will review the information and begin the replacement process with the printing partner. Replacements are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
Digital Downloads
Digital files are delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final and non refundable.
Processing times
Delivery is automatic. If a file fails to download or appears corrupted, contact me and I will resend it. Most issues are resolved within 1 to 2 business days.
Courses and Digital Programs
Course access is provided immediately after checkout. All sales for courses and digital programs are final and non refundable.
